Welcome to our charming little water mill, and home in a historic French water mill dating back over 200 years. Nestled in the heart of the Haute-Vienne countryside, this picturesque property was owned by the same family for generations until we had the privilege of acquiring it.

A water mill has existed on this site since before the Napoleonic era. Originally serving as a grist mill, it includes an attached mill house and several outbuildings, all set on a serene 3-acre estate. The land is bordered by a beautiful river, featuring numerous waterfalls and cascades.

Our stone-built water mill retains much of its original internal workings, ready to be restored and rebuilt back to her former glory.
